The Hecny Management Trainee Program is a 1year intensive program that was initiated last year by Head Office. This program seeks to train fresh college graduates in all aspects of Freight Forwarding and Logistics and mould them into the Hecny system, such that they will be the future beacon holders for Hecny in the years to come. A unique feature of the program is the opportunity provided to the trainees to go work in an overseas Hecny station for a month, on a project of their choice.

In the coming years we intend to extend this training program to other key Hecny stations and groom a whole generation of upcoming executives.
